I am an operator by training and inclination.

Over the past 14 years, I have built and operated businesses across technology, education, food, healthcare, and sustainability—spanning early-stage company building, platform scaling, market entry, and complex growth transitions.

 

Alongside my advisory practice, I hold a strategy and transformation role within a Tier-1 Canadian financial institution, contributing to platform-scale digital initiatives.

 

This perspective shapes how I think about risk, governance, and execution from both the operator and institutional sides.

I work selectively with founders who value trust, momentum, and rigour.
